Do I need Data Cloud or Agentforce to use Clientell?

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The Clientell AI Agent comes with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You connect your Salesforce sandbox via OAuth, run real admin tasks, and decide before billing starts. Managed-service plans don't include a trial because they're a multi-week onboarding, but we offer a free 30-minute scoping call.

What's the difference between the AI Agent ($99/mo) and Managed Services ($3,500/mo)?

The $99/mo AI Agent is software: you describe a task in plain English, the agent executes it. Best for individual admins or small teams who want to ship faster. The $3,500/mo Managed Service is software plus people: the AI Agent runs the routine work, certified Salesforce experts handle architecture, complex integrations, and the work that needs human judgment. It replaces a $135K/year admin hire.

Are there long-term contracts?

No. The AI Agent is billed monthly with no commitment. Managed Services use a month-to-month subscription with a 30-day cancellation notice; no annual lock-in. Enterprise plans (custom pricing) sometimes include a 12-month commitment in exchange for volume discounts and SLA upgrades.

Do you offer a discount for annual billing?

Yes, around 15% off the monthly rate when paid annually. The discount applies to AI Agent and Managed Services tiers. Enterprise pricing is custom and depends on org count, user count, and required SLAs.

Can I switch from AI Agent to Managed Services later?

Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated and take effect immediately. Most teams start on the AI Agent, hit a complexity ceiling around 100+ active users or specialized integration needs, and graduate to Managed Services. Your usage history and configurations carry over.

Is Clientell more expensive than hiring a Salesforce admin?

A mid-level Salesforce admin in the US costs roughly $135,000/year fully loaded (salary + benefits + tools + management overhead). Managed Services at $3,500/mo is $42,000/year for the entire org, which is about 70% less. The break-even is around year one for any team that would otherwise have a single dedicated admin.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card (Stripe) for AI Agent plans. ACH, wire transfer, and invoice billing for Managed Services and Enterprise plans. Annual prepayment unlocks the 15% discount. We don't yet accept crypto.

Do prices include implementation?

Yes. The AI Agent self-installs in under a day via OAuth. Managed Services include onboarding, sandbox setup, and the first month of configuration work in the monthly fee. There are no separate implementation invoices unless you choose a custom Enterprise engagement.

What happens if I exceed usage limits?

There are no per-task or per-record limits on either tier. The AI Agent has rate-limiting on extreme bulk operations (10,000+ records in a single prompt), but normal admin work, including monthly bulk updates, is unmetered. Managed Services have no usage caps.
